Otto Wolff Berlin 0.1 Ohm Maganin Standard Resistor PLEASE SEE AD

Nice Otto Wolff Berlin (N100-1a7) 0.1 abs. Ohm, Max 10A, Manganin Standard Resistor Nr. 14371/50.  I checked it with my handheld DMM and it adds 0.1 Ohm to the value I get if I just short the DMM’s leads together.  Therefore, I believe it is functional but I have absolutely no way to ascertain its accuracy as my meter is a 2 wire instrument with totally insufficient resolution to make a decent measurement.  The label references NBS test# 801794 but I have NO documentation that came with this item.  It came from a primary standards lab of a local aerospace company.
This item appears to be in fair - good overall physical and cosmetic condition as judging condition is subjective.
Since I have no way to properly test this item and since this item is over 40 years old, it is being sold for PARTS or REPAIRS per eBay protocol, and as USED, Strictly, AS-IS.
